Who's Camp For?

The Wabash valley team showcase  is designed for High School basketball teams. (Grades 9-12 only)

Cost?

Each team will be $300 for the week. Included in camp price: (shirt, Bible, lunch on Tues/Wed, plus all the basketball games. Housing is NOT included in price.

Housing?

Housing will be available for additional cost of $275/team based on 10 players. Housing is located at St. Mary of the Woods College. Great experience for team bonding!

Extra Information

There will be, certified by the state, referees for the camp along with professional trainers on site to assist in any way needed. Concessions will be available during the event for snacks and refreshments.

Deidra Johnson

Assistant Basketball Coach-ISU

  • Assistant basketball coach at Indiana State University
  • Assistant at Texas State, Arkansas State, Blinn College, UT-San Antonio, Marshall, and Coffeyville Community College
  • Helped lead the Red Wolves to 61 wins and a WNIT appearance
  • Coached 3 players who went on to play professionally
  • Works with guards exclusively at ISU
  • Played at Arkansas-Fort Smith and Oklahoma State University
  • Served in FCA at OSU

Adam erwin

Fitness and Nutrition Strategist

He works with young athletes, athletes with collegiate scholarships, and retired corporate professionals to help them reach their athletic and health goals. His 17 years of experience combining best practices of the fitness and nutrition fields have made his company, Healthy Obsesssion, LLC, one of the most sought-after in the twin cities for maximum health outcome potential.


Adam will lead a short discussion on the importance of nutrition at our Tuesday breakout session.


Dr. Chew

Director, ISU Student Counseling Center

Dr. Chew received his doctorate from the Virginia consortium program in clinical psychology after completing undergraduate work at Jamestown college. prior to Indiana state university, he worked  for 2 years testing children and adolescents for learning and emotional disabilities in Washington, d.c.. he began at the isu student counseling center in 2002 and became director in 2007.


Dr. chew will be leading a discussion on mental health at our Tuesday breakout session.
